• For 2027, projected Medicare costs include a Part B premium around $209.50 per month, a Part D deductible of $700, a Part D out‑of‑pocket cap of $2,400, and a Part A hospital deductible expected near $1,736–$1,788. These figures come from CMS rules and the Medicare Trustees Report and will be finalized in November 2026.
